Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can track your package’s journey directly through the courier’s website.
Return Policy
We understand that sometimes a pair of shoes might not be the perfect fit. That’s why we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be included
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- Clearance or final-sale items are non-refundable
How to Initiate a Return:

- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved:
- A full or partial refund (excluding original shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- If the return does not meet our policy, we may issue only a partial refund or reject the request
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, style, or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at infoline@rocktracy.com with your order number and photos. We will work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
